Angelee Lefler (formerly Brown) is the founder of Altius Franchise Group and CEO of FranOvation, a female-founded Canadian franchise consulting firm. Across 20+ years in hospitality, recruitment and franchising, she has led franchise development for major consumer brands and operated as an independent franchise owner herself.
That dual perspective, scaling established brands and running a franchise herself, shapes how she builds and refines franchise systems: honest unit economics, real franchisee validation, and training built to help new concepts launch and grow without falling over.
